We have a state of the art 2WD and 4WD Rolling Road Dynamometer capable of testing vehicles right up to 2000 BHP.
We offer a custom ECU remap for your vehicle, we can offer you an ECU remap specifically for your needs, whether you want performance, economy or a mixture of both we can help you get what you want, all of the tuning that we do is in house, and has been extensively tested on our Rolling Road Dynamometer with the the vehicle emissions also monitored during the tuning process, all of our tuning is done to precision.
Most of the vehicles from the year 2000 onwards can have the ECU remapped through the the diagnostic port on the vehicle, this is a simple procedure and involves connecting our programming equipment to the diagnostic port, reading out your tuning software, we then fine tune the software for your vehicle and then upload it back into your ECU, this is painless and can usually be done within 1 hour.
We also do the chip tuning for vehicles that are older than the year 2000, this usually involves removing the ECU so that we can use various methods to gain access to the tuning software for your car, this can involve connecting wires to the ECU or even removing chips inside of the ECU, this is why it is called chip tuning even though it's the same way of tuning it's just a different way of communicating with the ECU, this is obviousley much more work and can take from 2 hours onwards so it is neccessary for you to bring the vehicle to us at our workshop in Bradford, West Yorkshire for this type of car remapping carrying out, we don't offer a mobile service for ECU Remapping where the ECU has to be removed because it is just too technical to be doing the ECU remapping in the back of a van.
We offer extremely competetive prices for the tuning services that we provide, just because we don't charge you sky high prices for the ECU remapping does not mean that you are going to get less of an ECU remap than if you go to any other ECU remapping company charging twice as much as us, in fact they won't do anything any different to your vehicle than we will.
Please be wary of the so called hobbyist tuner, hobbyist tuners use cheap inferior tuning tools and generic tuning files to do the ECU Remapping, any tuning company that is any good will have invested many thousands of pounds in the latest programming equipment and tuning software and simply cannot offer tuning at ridiculously low prices, these hobbyist tuners should be avoided at all costs, these people usually don't know what they are loading into your vehicle, make sure they are using professional programming equipment such as CMD Flash, Byteshooter, Optican, Genius, Kess, and that they have premises that you can visit, if they aren't using at least 1 of these tools mentioned and have no premises then they are amateurs and need to be avoided at all costs, we use 6 different programmers to do our tuning and they are, CMD, Byteshooter, Kess, Powergate, BDM and Batronix, these tools cost many thousands of pounds and our Rolling Road Dynamometer alone cost £70,000 so this should tell you how professional and serious we are about tuning.
